(Just a few weeks ago the Federal Trade Commission fined one brand $90,000 for claiming its slimming cream leads to weight loss.) We know there's no miracle potion that's a substitute for old-fashioned diet and exercise, but there are a few tricks to at least improve the appearance of dimpled skin and to kick-start your beach-ready body. Here's the skinny on the latest slim-down treatments and products.
