While men who play online games are encouraged to step away from their screens and, well, grow up, new research shows that women actually might want to adopt their game-playing ways, rather than gripe about them. According to a recent survey conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of GameHouse, women who play games on Facebook, cell phones and computers are more likely to be in happily committed relationships than women who don't.

The survey results show that 64 percent of women who game online are married or living with a partner, and on a scale of 1–10 (10 being "completely satisfied"), 71 percent of these women rated their current relationship at 6 or above. Not only are these gamer girls happy in their relationships, but they also report getting more action in the bedroom than their non-gaming counterparts. "The Legend of Zelda," anyone?
