Rocky Mountain High
Colorado just passed a medical-marijuana bill, and already Denver-based Apothecanna has debuted a cannabis-infused skincare line (from $12 for a 2-ounce bottle). The products are touted as "pain-relieving body care," not an intoxicant. The three creams—for pain, calming and stimulating—are made with plant essences. Unlike other hemp-based products, the marijuana-plant flower (which packs a 70 percent concentration of THC) is used. Though topical THC use has not been FDA-vetted, anecdotal feedback is good, with users reporting relief from ailments from backaches to eczema. Sounds pretty dope.Courtesy of Apothecanna

Many celebs chose frou-frou frocks for last night's People's Choice Awards. A likely inspiration for this slightly '80s, ballet-style moment? The poufy prom-like creations at Oscar de la Renta's spring/summer 2013 show (far left). Care to dance?
