I love Rosario Dawson's deep side-part and the way she's swept her hair off her shoulder. If you're wearing earrings that stunning, you better let them get some well-deserved attention.

Kiernan Shipka

She may only be 11 years old, but Kiernan Shipka (who plays Sally Draper on Mad Men) has quickly become one of my red-carpet favorites. Her hairdo is all dressed up, but she doesn't look like she's trying to appear 25.

Jennifer Lopez

Say what you will about Jennifer Lopez, but there is no denying that her hair color is always outstanding thanks to her colorist, Rita Hazan. Just look at how perfectly placed those highlights are.
