By Abby Gardner Blake Lively looks like she's having an awesome summer, what with filming Gossip Girl in the City of Light and hitting the couture fashion shows. But the hair is very much a California girl in Paris — loose, beachy, golden and gorgeous.

Bryce Dallas Howard wears her family's beautiful red hair well. And we love this sideswept updo for its simple elegance. If only the hair stylists on the Twilight movies could get their actors' locks this spot-on.

If Claire is Angela, then Jared Leto is forever Jordan Catalano. Though you wouldn't know it by looking at this picture. The musician/sometimes actor is sporting a seriously bleached, seriously high mohawk while attending fashion shows in Paris. Well, it's certainly a look. ...

We're fairly obsessed with French actress Clémence Poésy, who you might know as Fleur Delacour from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. (You also can spot her next season on Gossip Girl.) Her hair has that effortless French cool, complete with somehow perfectly placed flyaways.

We've always found Jessica Alba beautiful, but she's really taken it up a notch with her beauty choices of late. This deep-parted, low, messy chignon is already picture perfect. Add in that shiny red lip, and the look is divine.

To say that we have a girl crush on Lou Doillon is a ridiculous understatement. There's the French thing again, the fact that her mom is Jane Birkin and her utterly groovy-meets-Chanel style, which includes these amazing long bangs in a newly lightened shade of brown. C'est magnifique.

Kate Moss, did you add some long layers or pieces into your hair? Because we think this shape looks incredible, just like pretty much every hairstyle you've ever had. Don't ever stop inspiring us. Thanks.

We love how easygoing Jennifer Garner's everyday style is, but that doesn't mean we don't like to see her all done up, too. The piece-y waves in her hair and the loosely pinned sides are a bit unexpected for the actress ... but in a very good way.
