Hair Highlights

I’ve loved Jen’s quiet hair evolution over the years, and her new blunt bob with super-blond streaks is a lovely change from her usual collar-bone length.

Kind of my dream style: volume (but not too much) pulled back (but not too formal) and messy (but not too bed-heady). And while it looks as if Olivia had someone spend hours on her hair, it was worth it.

Katie looks so “Joey” from Dawson’s Creek here. She took us back for a moment with this I-blew-out-my-own-hair look. But the sophisticated get-up looks as if her stylist and design partner, Jeanne Yang, lent a helping hand.

Normally I wouldn’t include a guy in this round-up, but as a fan of Jared’s (thereby following his hair evolution closely), I thought to add him in. This over-styled look is a welcome change back to his natural shade, and the height is balanced out by the facial scruff.

Parisian girls have a way of pulling off the “non-polished” thing like no other. Clemence Poésy, one of my favorite fixtures long before her Gossip Girl debut, knows how to let it all hang down with long, messy layers. Voilà!

Wearing a super-bleached pixie to a children’s event, Ashley looks like a true rocker mom. And what is it with musicians and hats? It works.

To me, Sienna could be the quintessential Malibu star, so seeing her on the streets of London always throws me for a loop. Here she exemplifies how to wear the perfect shade of honey gold, even in dreary England.
