According to makers, the brand's VitaD products brighten and smooth skin while stimulating collagen growth. It's a great choice for those with sun-damaged, acne-prone, and hyper-pigmented skin.

Proponents of magnetic therapy believe that using metal and magnetic fields on the body attract healthy blood to areas that need healing. The Magnetic Facial at the Waterstone Spa in Ashland, Ore., is based on these principles. The treatment incorporates a gel-based mask, iLike's Magnetic Skin Therapy, which contains ferrite, a substance derived from iron oxides and used to make magnets. The facial is said to reduce redness and inflammation.
