There is apt to be a lot of responsibility on your shoulders. Yet, this is because you have the skills to handle it. When you are under pressure, you may be more inclined to pull rank, and order someone to do something. Yet, chances are this isn't necessary. Stick to your usual way of working in a respectful manner, even when the heat is on.
