An Egg-cellent Cocktail
Shake up this springtime libation for a refreshing afternoon sip

"The egg white in this drink gives it a light frothiness and is so fun to accompany an afternoon of egg dyeing," says Thomas. So break those Lenten fasts with this spectacular libation that is befitting of the season.
Clover Club Primavera Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 egg white
6 raspberries
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 1/2 ounces gin
3 tsp. St. Germain liqueur
Ice
Directions:
Pour one egg white into the cocktail shaker and shake steadily until white becomes frothy. Add in raspberries, half a lemon (squeezed), gin, St. Germain and 3 ice cubes. Shake steadily. Pour into martini glass and garnish with a raspberry.
