"Rémy V La Belle Rose"
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Rémy Martin V
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 drop Rose Water
4 muddled seedless red grapes
Piper Sonoma sparkling wine
Directions:
Muddle grapes with a splash of simple syrup. Add Rémy Martin V, lemon juice, rose water, remaining simple syrup and ice, and then shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Piper Sonoma sparkling wine. Garnish with muddled grape skins.
