Here’s Maria's secret to staying so svelte: “I sip hot water all day long, and this kettle keeps it hot all day. Simply drinking hot water is calming, detoxing, great for your skin, helps with digestion and curbs your appetite too. I lost ten pounds by picking up this habit, taught to me by Yogi Cameron Alborzian,” she says.

“I can exercise every body part with a unit that costs as low as $20 and hangs on the back of the door, taking up little space,” Maria says of her fitness regimen. “The bands provide resistance training, which is key to getting results.”

Staying organized is key for a busy gal like Maria. “I label everything — files, drawers and boxes. It has streamlined my life,” she says.
