Hello, you lovely Glo readers, you! Being a relationships editor is (literally) a dream come true, spanning from my middle school matchmaking days to my continued habit of grilling my friends about the intimate details of their love lives. I'm honored to be able to chat with experts in the field and work with a talented team of women here at the office. Here are my top five Glo moments of the year ...
Nice Suit3 of 43
When your fellow editors pick to-die-for products on a daily basis, it's hard not to do some impulse shopping. Two of us ended up buying this bathing suit last summer after our style editor featured it here on Glo. (It was on sale! How could we resist?)
Brace Yourself4 of 43
Speaking of shopping, our whole office fell in love with these Pura Vida bracelets we featured. Not only are they made by a family in Costa Rica, the proceeds benefit the Surfrider Organization, which is dedicated to protecting and preserving beaches and oceans.
SHOP NOW: Pura Vida bracelets, $5 to $12

Getting to meet so many amazing people is one of the things I love most about my job. Chatting with dating coach Lauren Frances is always a treat: She's funny, smart and super supportive — definitely someone you want to have cheering you on. I recently wrote about my session with Lauren here on Glo.

Must-Read6 of 43
One of the first books I was sent to review when I began at Glo was this memoir about a woman whose husband tells her he wants to leave her. Her response? "I don't buy it." It's one of the best books I've ever read and it's coming out in paperback this week!
SHOP NOW: This Is Not the Story You Think It Is, $10
Story Surprise7 of 43
Inspiration for my stories sometimes comes from surprising sources. One night my boyfriend Greg suggested that I write an article about what a guy's car says about him. (He was, at the time, shopping for a new car.) I did, and the story sparked a column on Glo called What His [Blank] Says About Him. This year we've analyzed guys' dogs, dating pasts, collections, bathing suits, facial hair ... and more!

Hey Glo gals! As the living editor, I have loved sharing the best and most fabulous home items with you over the past year. From children's toys to easy-to-do entertaining tips, the ride has been fun and I am looking forward to another year of bigger and better offerings. Click on, read on, and shop on!
Bright idea9 of 43
I was walking down the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica and stumbled across this divine magenta chair. While I knew I couldn't afford it, I absolutely had to share it with all of my Glo gals. That's one of the best things about this gig: sharing my decor obsessions and hoping that you like them too!
SHOP NOW: Pelican Chair, $4,900
Center of Attention10 of 43
I love this artistic chandelier that runs the length of the dining table. While I can't cook (except for a killer peach cobbler), I can certainly decorate a table, and this piece is just begging for a dinner party and good laughs.
SHOP NOW: Cellula Chandelier, $2600
On the Road Again11 of 43
One of my favorite stories of the year featured tricked-out Airstreams and mobile homes. While I have yet to embark upon my cross-country road trip, I know that my Airstream will have to look as stylish as this one.
A Bit of Romance12 of 43
Flipping through the Neiman Marcus and Horchow catalogs is something I do weekly, and this evergreen nightstand is always on a page that I fold the corner of. One day I will splurge and buy this piece, but until then it remains a fixture in my dreamland Park Avenue townhouse.
SHOP NOW: Amelie Nightstand, $630
Into the Wild13 of 43
Move aside kiddies. I want this suspended teepee to serve as my digs for my next camping trip. Sure this was meant for the little guys, but who doesn't love this Treepee, which combines the timeless appeal of a tree house with the excitement of aerial suspension and a trampoline.
SHOP NOW: Treepee, $600

I enjoy the creative side of things, and as Glo's managing editor, I'm afforded an opportunity to work with incredibly talented and clever women to grow our brand. And as a writer, I'm free to explore growing trends and breathe life into personal stories inspired by my big Irish-Italian family. This year has been one hell of a fun ride and I welcome the new year full of limitless possibilities. I've gathered here my favorite Glo moments. Enjoy!
Vino, Per Favore!15 of 43
As a wine lover, this wine club is my favorite gift to myself. Aria Wine Group offers fun, virtual wine tasting videos that transport you right onto the vineyard of the varietal you're sipping. Their picks are always unique and delicious. It's a perfect wedding or housewarming gift too!

Brotherly Love16 of 43
As a proud Philly native, I was thrilled to see Robert Indiana's framed LOVE statue in LOVE Park top Glo's list of favorite places to kiss in America. My sister and her husband took gorgeous photos here on their wedding night — pretty perfect photo op if you're ever in the neighborhood.
Weekend Warrior17 of 43
Glo introduced me to Tory Burch (a fellow Philly girl) and I'm now a huge fan. With its hip design and spacious packing room, this trendy duffel is all I need for a weekend wine tasting with my boyfriend or as my chic carry-on when I fly back east to the "real" Jersey shore.

Up the Wall18 of 43
As a free-spirited kinda girl, I aspire to build a home where creativity abounds. Our friends at Remodelista inspired me with their extreme childlike homes story. These rock climbing mounts would be a blast to incorporate into my home decor.
Summer Lovin'19 of 43
I covet this beautiful 3.1 Phillip Lim number. It's the perfect style to dress up with heels and jewels or dress down with sandals and a straw hat. Let's just say, since my days at Glo, I've learned a lot from our style and beauty gurus.
Alexis Jonnson20 of 43
As Glo's photo editor I've had the chance to feast my eyes on everything from runway shows with gorgeous models and clothes to oh-so-dreamy interiors, all while zipping off to a new city to check out the street style. Here are a few of my favorite things that keep me chic, from office to airport to photo set.

Tie One On27 of 43
Ponytail holders are my beauty safety blanket — I literally panic when I’m without one. I’ve found that the prettier a tie is the less likely I am to misplace it. Plus, it adds a little playfulness to the basic 'do.
SHOP NOW: JousJous Ochava Hair Tie, $14

I come from the make-little-piles school of organizing, which is where these bright clothespins come in handy. They're a simple way to arrange receipts, mail, business cards and more.

Mila Kunis33 of 43
Her red-carpet style is impeccable. Here she is in a lilac Elie Saab gown at the Academy Awards.
Sofia Coppola34 of 43
The style retrospective we made on this director hit the spot. The way she dresses is so inspiring: effortless but always minimal chic.

Shine On41 of 43
I'm a lip gloss fanatic. Dior is my favorite because of its sleek packaging, not to mention the shine and texture of its products. On minimal makeup days (i.e. every day in the office), it's easy to swipe on a colorful gloss to brighten my look.
SHOP NOW: DiorKiss Gloss, $21
Jot It Down42 of 43
I'm the queen of to-do lists and still write everything down — notes, sketches, you name it. With Evernote on the iPad and trusty pen and paper next to it, this perfect combination of technology and tradition allows me to keep track of every bit of inspiration I come across, which helps me keep Glo looking fresh and fun.
SHOP NOW: Moleskine Tablet Cover, $80
Let's Go43 of 43
Traveling is one of my passions, but I like to pack light. The bright colors and decadent leather of this wallet make it so luxurious — the perfect addition for my "one personal item + carry on" packing style. Because it can fit a passport and a boarding pass, this wallet would allow me to be organized and polished at the hectic security line.
